Every Body Yoga

Every Body Positive Yoga Courses

  1. All payments made to Afri-Co-Lab are non-refundable.

  2. Missed sessions will not be rolled over onto the next course

  3. Janice Kate Fisher will teach most classes on the timetable but cover teachers may teach some scheduled classes, no refunds are available for teacher changes.

  4. In rare circumstances, we may have to change the class timetable, remove and or add classes at a short notice. 

  5. If we have to change our class timetable or remove a class, confirmed participants will be rescheduled onto an alternative session or be offered a refund if no sessions are available (this will be at a calculated at a pro-rata basis if part of a class bundle or course)

  6. All classes will be held in Afri-Co-Lab unless otherwise specified.

  7. Classes are limited to a maximum of eight participants.

Darragh Dance

Mondays
5:30pm - 6.30 pm
7 pm - 8 pm 

  1. All payments made to Afri-Co-Lab are non-refundable.

  2. If you wish to change your booking you must let us know at least 48 hours before the class, requests made after this may not be transferred. 

  3. We understand that sometimes you may not be able to give advance notice, eg illness. For these circumstances, we will accept a late change to your booking. However, this can only be done twice within a two-month period. After this, your class will not be transferrable or refunded.

  4. Darragh O'Leary will teach most classes on the timetable but cover teachers may teach some scheduled classes, no refunds are available for teacher changes.

  5. In rare circumstances, we may have to change the class timetable, remove and or add classes at a short notice. 

  6. If we have to change our class timetable or remove a class, confirmed participants will be rescheduled onto an alternative session or be offered a refund if no sessions are available (this will be at a cost of £8 per session if part of a Class Plan).

  7. 4-Class Plans are valid for four months from the date of purchase.

  8. Single classes are valid for four months from the date of purcase.

  9. All classes will be held in Afri-Co-Lab unless otherwise specified.

  10. Classes are limited to a maximum of ten participants.

  11. Whilst we welcome walk-ins we cannot guarantee availability for participants who do not book or confirm their attendance in advance.

WHO CAN ATTEND

  1. Breathe | Play | Laugh is for Global Majority folks.

  2. ​Global majority refers to people who are NOT white British or other white-identifying groups and who are often racialized as "ethnic minorities." It can include people who are Black, African, Asian, Brown, dual-heritage, indigenous to the Global South, and mixed. Together, these groups make up around 80–85% of the world's population.

 

CANCELLATIONS BY PARTICIPANTS

  1. Cancellation Requests: If you need to cancel your registration for the event, please notify us in writing at info.africolab.uk@gmail.com with your name and reason for cancellation by midnight on 28th January 2025.

  2. Late Cancellation/No-shows: If you cancel after this date or are a no-show, you will be asked to pay a deposit to attend any future free-ticketed Afri-Co-Lab events with limited spaces.

  3. This event is valued at £170 per person. Donations from our Funders Necessity and Arts Council England, Lottery Community Fund, and our partner organisations De La Warr Pavilion, plus ourselves (Afri-Co-Lab), have enabled us to provide this opportunity to you for FREE.

  4. As spaces are limited, we expect you to attend once your spot is confirmed.

TRANSFER OF TICKETS

  1. If you cannot attend and would like to transfer your ticket to another person, please check in with us first via email at info.africolab.uk@gmail.com.

  2. Breathe Play Laugh is a curated event designed to meet the needs of everybody who attends. It's important for us to know who is attending so we can make sure everybody feels included and welcomed.

CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT BY THE ORGANISERS

  1. Event Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that Breathe Play Laugh is cancelled by Afri-Co-Lab or the venue, we will contact you as soon as possible.

  2. We will make every effort to reschedule the event. If we are unable to rearrange Breathe Play Laugh, you will be given priority for a spot at the next Breathe Play Laugh event.​

  4. Artist Elaine Mullings will facilitate collage & Chill; there may be sessions where Elaine is unable to attend and cover facilitators will lead the session instead; no refunds are available for facilitator changes.

  6. If we have to change the session date or cancel, confirmed participants will be rescheduled onto an alternative session or be offered a refund if no sessions are available,

  7. Collage & Chill is limited to a maximum of 15 participants at any given time.

  8. Whilst we welcome walk-ins we cannot guarantee availability for participants who do not book or confirm their attendance in advance.

  3. We understand that sometimes you may not be able to give advance notice, eg illness. For these circumstances, we will accept a late change to your booking. However, this can only be done twice within a two-month period. After this, your class will not be transferrable or refunded.

  4. Dorcas Magbadelo, Khadija Khan and Lillian Babirye will Lead the session, but cover facilitators may be sort if Dorcas, Lilly and Khadija are not able to lead, no refunds are available for facilitator changes.

  5. In rare circumstances, we may have to change the reschedule, remove and or add classes at short notice. 

  6. If we have to change the session date or cancel, confirmed participants will be rescheduled onto an alternative session or be offered a refund if no sessions are available.

  7. The Sitter And Their Stories Life Drawathon is limited to a maximum of 10 participants at any given time.

  8. Whilst we welcome walk-ins we cannot guarantee availability for participants who do not book or confirm their attendance in advance.

  5. Can be the people closest to your heart who may or may not be your legal or biological family

  6. Can be your legal or biological family

  1. You may be booking this activity on behalf of your chosen family. To Help us keep you and your group organised we will communicate about this booking with the Lead Contact.

  2. The Lead contact is the person who booked this event

  3. The Lead contact will ensure everybody in their group has all the relevant information about the day.

  4. The lead contact must be 18 or older

CANCELLATIONS

  1. If you or someone in your group can no longer attend:
