Join us for a half-day workshop where we explore movement, presence and expression together led by Imogen Knight

We’ll be curious about how we move, feel and think in the present moment. This is an invitation to arrive just as you are and to meet yourself through embodied practice in a supportive space.

Led by Imogen Knight, Movement Director and Somatic Therapist, this workshop offers us time to pause as the year moves into winter. Together, we’ll explore how we can celebrate, cultivate and land in ourselves, through practices that recognise that embodiment looks and feels different for everyone. Across the afternoon we’ll move between authentic movement, guided self-expression and gentle enquiry into our own bodies and breath. Each journey will be unique. You don’t need any previous experience – only openness and curiosity.
