Curious to explore how we move, feel, and think in the present time? Join us for a half-day workshop where we explore these questions and encourage each other to arrive as we are.

Our bodies are super knowledgeable. They can tell us so much about the world we live in, how we feel and think about things. We are encouraged and taught to spend a lot of time in our heads with our thoughts, so it is not always easy to hear or understand what our bodies are telling us. This half-day workshop is for anyone curious about exploring being present and listening to their bodies.

HOW?

Led by Imogen Knight, Movement Director and Somatic Therapist, the group will be guided through a mix of movement exercises, invitations, and prompts. Everything is an invitation. All of you is welcome.
