Freedom Buses began in the 1960s as a peaceful protest to highlight the inequalities that Black and People of Colour faced in America and England.
Today Afri-Co-Lab invites Black and People of Colour folks in St Leonards, Rother & Hastings to take a ride on the BLACK 2 HASTINGS Freedom Bus.
Join us on a community road trip to the Turner Contemporary in Margate to see Sonia Boyce's exhibition: Feeling Her Way, enjoy the freedom and confidence of feeling comfy and welcomed in your national institution!
