About the event

Afri-Co-Lab are holding a creative away day for Global Majority folks who are hold space for others- whether in your professional life as an artists, creative, organisers, activist, therapist, carer, facilitator or indeed in your personal life. This day is a radical act of community care for folks living or working in the Hastings, Rother & Lewes area.

Come and fill your pot!

This is a free event taking place on Tuesday September 24th from 9:30am-5pm at Charleston in Firle (near Lewes). This event is specifically for Global Majority folks whose work or life means they are often holding space, taking responsibility for others and struglling to find space for themselves. It is an invitation to put something back in your pot.

We’ll do the planning, holding, organising all you need to do is book and get to our designated meeting point and we will take care of the rest. There will be drinks and snacks available throughout the session, including a meal at lunch time.

We highly recommend you read through all the FAQS before booking your spot and only book if you know you can make the whole day  as places are limited. The cost of the day is per person is £170, we are delighted to be able to cover the total fee with support from our funders however if you book and do not attend or cancel within the cancellation window we will have to ask for a pre-paid deposit to attend future free ACL events.
