Darragh Dance 200

Celebrating 200 weeks of Darragh Dance

Monday 28th September

5.45 - 8.30 pm

Can you believe it? 200 weeks of Darragh Dance since 2021. TWO HUNDRED. We honestly can't believe it either!

We've boogied, sweated and laughed our way to this magnificent milestone with the fabulous Darragh O'Leary, and we are not letting it pass without a party. Join us for a very special outdoor dance class in St Leonards, followed by an afterparty back at the Lab. Come for the dancing, stay for the vibes!

Come dressed in your best pastels and get ready to celebrate in style!

Every Body Yoga

Sundays 11.00 am - 12.15 pm
6-week courses starting from 13th September

Give yourself permission to slow down. Every Body Yoga is a gentle, welcoming space to rest, breathe and reconnect — no experience needed, no pressure to get it "right."

Over six weeks, in small, friendly groups of no more than 8, you'll ease into simple poses, mindful breathing and moments of stillness, all at your own pace. Whether you're brand new to yoga, coming back after a break, or just craving a softer practice.

This course is for every body — including fat, queer, trans, Black and Brown, older and disabled bodies.

Come as you are, and let yourself rest.

Shopfront Gallery Presents:
Pippa Johnson's
'Support Systems'

Sunday 26th July

Look up at the Afri-Co-Lab Shopfront Gallery today, and you'll find a quiet kind of magic: gently turning mobiles, rearranging themselves into new patterns overhead.

Pippa calls it Support Systems — a playful nod to the everyday acts of care that hold us all together, often without us even noticing.

Made from found materials and everyday objects, Pippa's work turns the overlooked into something joyful.

Come and see it for yourself — head down to our shopfront gallery at 3 Marine Court, TN38 ODX to catch Support Systems in person, swaying gently above.

This is a free event taking place on Monday, 20th July at Charleston House (Firle). This event is specifically for Global Majority folks whose work or life means they often hold space, take responsibility for others, and struggle to find space for themselves.
